Billing Notification - Duplicate Statements

Summary: A small percentage of customers have been receiving duplicate statements from the N2Net billing software. This problem does not affect the amount due, but is a minor annoyance. The N2Net billing department has worked with our vendor to correct the problem and the issue has been resolved. A small number of customers may receive duplicate statements in the month of March, but the problem should not reoccur after April 1st, 2003.

       N2Net's billing system has been periodically creating duplicate statements for a small number of customers. This can be confusing and slightly annoying for our customers, and increases our postage expenses. The problem, once analyzed and tracked down, is relatively simple to correct and we have been working with our billing software vendor to implement the fixes required to solve the problem. As a result of the fix, certain customers have had their statement dates rolled back which will result in a small number of duplicate statements being sent out in the month of March. If you receive multiple copies of the same statement, keep one copy and dispose of the rest. The problem should be completely corrected by April 1st, 2003 after the billing software auto-updates the next statement dates for these customers. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion that this may have caused some of our customers.
